Black Manta, Teen Titans Go! Wiki

Black Manta is a recurring villain from Teen Titans Go!. He is a half-human, half-manta hybrid creature with a manta's head on a body resembling that of an african-american. On his first cameos he appeares with his normal outfit from DC franchise. Since "Finding Aquaman" he is shown wearing a white tank top with a gold necklace on his neck, aqua-colored shorts, and lime green slippers that look almost like crocs.
