Variedad: 100% Monastrell Notas de Cata: Rojo rubí. Olor a frutas rojas y moras, con un fondo sutil a hierba y cualidades florales. Tiene sabores firmes y centrados de frutas negras. El final repite las notas de moras, dejando rastros enérgicos cualitativos de pimienta. Final largo y persistente. Maridaje: Recomendado con carnes rojas, de caza, asados, aves, arroces, queso curados, quesos azules y setas.
