Texture Paste builds heavy layers of texture in fine art and craft work. Texture Paste is used in acrylic painting.

Apply texture paste with a knife, stick or stout brush to any grease free rigid surface suitable for acrylic painting included wood, stone, unglazed ceramic, MDF or card board. You can also shape texture paste with modeling tools and mix with acrylic paint to get desired colors or shades.

You can also mix texture paste with impasto gel to fill cracks with texture paste in very thick applications. Then just sand, carve and over paint with acrylic colors as required. On flexible surfaces, like stretched canvas, you can use 1:1 impasto gel with texture paste.
